As the Content Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for defining, creating, and managing all content to support our marketing and sales goals.

Responsibilities:

Planning

  • Work with leadership to develop the organization’s overarching content strategy, aligning content themes with key business initiatives and pain points.
  • Create and manage the editorial calendar for all channels (blog, website, email, social), ensuring a consistent, high-quality publication schedule.
  • Identify gaps in our marketing plan, including new channels and formats that can help us reach our ideal customer with the right message at the right time.

 

Content Creation 

  • Lead the production of marketing content, including long-form assets such as whitepapers, buyers guides and e-books, in addition to blog posts, case studies, email nurture sequences, and sales collateral.
  • Manage the B2B content library, ensuring that content and messaging is fresh and remains aligned with evolving customer needs.
  • Manage and collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external freelancers or agencies as needed.

 

Content Distribution & Sales Enablement

  • Work with vendors to produce print assets, ensuring high quality, timely production.
  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure they have the necessary content to facilitate meaningful conversations at every stage of the sales process.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of direct experience in Content Marketing roles, preferably within a B2B or technology environment.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro. Experience with other graphic design/content development platforms is also acceptable.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media channels on behalf of a business using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Business Manager to schedule and post content.
  • Experience using Google tools such as Ads, Analytics 4, and Search Console for the purpose of planning, executing and reporting on campaign performance. Certification in any of the above is an asset.
  • Familiarity with email and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Constant Contact for content delivery and lead tracking.
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems such as WordPress for the purpose of creating basic landing pages or conducting updates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to roles ranging from frontline staff to senior managers.

Compensation for this role is dependent of experience and ranges from KYD$4,000-$5,000 per month. Health insurance and pension is provided as per Cayman Islands employment law.
