Kirk Office Equipment is currently accepting applications for the position of its busy retail operation on North Sound Road.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years managing a successful retail operation. Proven experience in the following areas are essential:
· Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
· Inventory control
· Analyse sales figures and forecast future trends using IT software programmes
· Inteview potential staff, conducting performance reviews
· High levels of customer service
· Inventory management
· Operating and utilizing a Windows based POS system
The manager will be expected to be able to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays and evenings. Compensation will comprise an excellent salary and bonus based upon profitability.
Salary will commensurate with experience and will be in the range of CI$60-65k per annum.
