Kirk Office Equipment is accepting applications for the position of Inventory Clerk / Deliveryman
Responsibilities:
· Count Inventory Daily
· Report and help investigate Discrepancies
· Organize Inventory (includes identifying space available for new products, creating bin locations and shuffling existing inventory as our stock levels change throughout the year).
· Put away incoming items
· Monitor Inventory Expiration dates
· Clean shelves and slower moving products if necessary
· Fill in for other warehouse workers when requested by Supervisors or Managers.
· Deliver customer orders in a timely manner.
· Be pleasant and professional to customers to whom we are delivering.
· Assist in the delivery and the pickup of non-store goods (when required).
· Keep delivery vehicles tidy.
· Any other related tasks as directed by management.
This position will require you to deliver multiple cases of paper (weighing up to 60lbs each) a day.
Many deliveries will be done on your own with the occasional exception in which we will provide help.
A few commercial buildings on Island do not have elevators therefore you will be required to carry the delivery up the stairs.
Working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (with one hour for lunch).
Salary CI$1,800.00 per month, including benefits as required by the Labour Law.
