Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of delegation for administrative support for the Kirk IT Service Delivery Manager (SDM).
- Assist with and attend arranging client meetings, both in-person and online.
- Work with the SDM to improve process and documentation surrounding the Service Desk.
- Provide reporting on Service Desk ticket levels as well as Professional Services projects that are in progress.
- Perform activities and fulfill requirements to a high level of quality.
- Ensure time is correctly managed and logged within the Service Desk for all activities.
- Manage customer IT Service requests and provide on-going proactive and reactive support for Kirk IT customers both remote and on-site.
- All other tasks deemed necessary by management.
Requirements:
- Entry level qualifications in IT (CompTIA A+, MS-900 etc)
